| The owner of a South Philadelphia day care facility accused of sexually assaulting two children has been released after posting bail. 53-year-old Duncan Round of Medford Lakes, NJ, posted 10% of $200,000 bail Thursday morning. He is a British citizen and had to surrender his passport. Round owns Sprouts Preschool on the 600 block of South 9th Street. Philadelphia Authorities say that an off-duty cop who was involved in a multi-vehicle accident may have been under the influence. The accident happened at around 6 am on Wednesday on the 1500 block of North Street in Philadelphia. Officials have said that the off-duty officer hit around 4 parked cars during the accident. Luckily no one was injured in the accident and the officer was taken into the police station for a possible DUI. Police are continuing an investigation.

| Police are looking for a suspect after a woman was sexually assaulted at gunpoint in a Montgomery County park on Tuesday morning. It happened around 10:50 a.m. in Norristown Farm Park. A 19-year-old woman was running in the park when she was attacked by a man with a gun and raped. She managed to call 911. | Authorities have recovered a vehicle believed to belong to the suspect wanted for killing a man in Haverford Township and opening fire on an Overbrook street over the weekend. A grey 2004 S60 Volvo was towed away by police from the 5100 block of Locust Street in West Philadelphia on Tuesday morning.
