| The Philadelphia Board of Pensions voted on Thursday to disqualify former District Attorney Seth Williams from collecting a pension. Williams resigned from his post on June 29th after he pled guilty to a single count of bribery in the middle of his federal corruption trial. The rest of his charges were dropped. The panel of judges voted for former Assistant District Attorney Kelley Hodge, who received the most amount of votes among the four candidates up for the position. | Chester Bennington, lead singer of band Linkin Park, was found dead in his home in the Palos Verdes Estates in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday morning. His body was discovered around 9 a.m. by an employee. He apparently committed suicide by hanging. Bennington was home alone, his family was out of town at the time. | Bucks County authorities returned to the DiNardo farm property in Solebury Township on Thursday. There was a noticeable increase in activity on the property since last week when the bodies of 4 missing men were discovered buried. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo has confessed to the murders of the men. | A 13-year-old boy is now in critical condition after severely injuring his leg when trying to jump onto a train. The incident happened just after 5 pm in North Philadelphia on Wednesday. Police say the boy was trying to jump onto a moving CSX train on the Conrail tracks. | A married Pennsylvania couple has been sentenced to up seven years in prison for 'gifting' their six daughters to a Bucks County man who was found guilty of sexually assaulting them back in June. Back in April, Overton was arrested after being accused of exposing himself on the Cynwyd Heritage Trail in Lower Merion. Police received several calls about a man exposing himself along the trail. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot in the head in the Frankford section of Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 1600 block of Margaret Street at around 9:30 pm on Tuesday night. Police arrived on the scene to find the man unresponsive and he was pronounced dead on the scene. So far there is no word on any suspects or a motive at this time.

| Police are searching for the suspects who stole 4 exotic birds at a petting zoo in Berks County over the weekend. The burglary took place overnight Sunday into Monday at the Oley Dairy Turnpike Zoo.
