Philadelphia Police confronted a large group of unruly teenagers on Sunday night in Germantown when a neighborhood cookout got out of hand and a flash mob grew to 500 teens through social media. The party began at 6 p.m. at the Lonnie Young Recreation Center on the 1000 block of Chelten Ave. The organizer of the party, Alex Williams, said that at first it was just a peaceful neighborhood party and there were maybe 100 teens. Police are investigating after a missing 2-year-old child was found dead in a pool in Atlantic County. Police found the child in a residential pool on South Pitney Road in Galloway Township. Police were searching the area for the missing child, and later found the child unresponsive in the pool. Crews rushed the child to Atlantic Care Regional Medical Center, where he later passed. Police are continuing their investigation into the child's death.

Two men have now been charged in the murders of 4 Bucks County men gone missing last week. 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo of Bensalem, who has been a person-of-interest in the case all week, and his cousin, 20-year-old Sean Kratz, are accused of killing Jimi Patrick, Tom Meo, Mark Sturgis and Dean Finocchiaro at the DiNardo farm at 6071 Lower York Road in Solebury. New Opioid Jail Proposal; Cost Of Cosby Trial Released; Cerebral Palsy Attacker, New Charges

A new proposal is being introduced in Pennsylvania that would increase jail time for heroin dealers. Republican State Representative James Santora introduced the bill on Thursday. The new measure would leave a mandatory minimum prison sentence of five years for first time heroin offenders. The bill would also bring on harsher penalties for drug deliveries that result in serious harm.

Lawyer says: Cosmo DiNardo Confessed to Murder of 4 Missing Bucks County Men

Late this afternoon the attorney for the person-of-interest in the case of four missing Bucks County men announced that his client confessed to their murders. Attorney Paul Lang said that 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo told authorities that he participated in or committed the murders of Jimi Patrick, Tom Meo, Dean Finocchiaro, and Mark Sturgis. New Jersey officials have found the body of an 11-year-old girl reported missing on Wednesday night near her apartment. Abbiegail Smith was last seen around 7:45 p.m. at her family's apartment in Keansburg, Monmouth County. She was reported missing about an hour later. Police discovered her remains near the Hancock Street Apartments complex around 10:45 a.m. Thursday. Police have not said how she died, but they are calling it a homicide. Several people were injured in a school bus crash that took place in Moorestown, Burlington County. The crash happened on Route 38 close to Pleasant Valley Road around 3 pm. Police say that the bus was holding 58 passengers at the time, and a total of 22 people in total were injured. All the victims were taken to JFK in Cherry Hill and are said to be in stable condition.

A Bucks County man named as a person-of-interest in the case of 4 missing men has been rearrested on new charges less than 24 hours after making bail on a previous unrelated charge. Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub announced Wednesday afternoon that 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo of Bensalem was arrested and charged with stealing the car of one of the missing men and trying to sell it.
