Teens Charged In Delco Murder; New Cosby Trial Date; Paintball Attacks In South Philly

Chester County Police have now charged two teens in connection with a deadly shooting that took place last February. Police have charged 19-year-old Breon Pringle and 19-year-old Yordaine Camacho for the deadly shooting of 22-year-old Donte Murray back on February 3rd on the 900 block of Pennell Street. The two teens have now been charged with first-degree murder.

Evesham Township Police are looking for a man wanted for committing a lewd act in public in Marlton, NJ. It happened at 1:20 p.m. on June 29th between the Lake Executive Campus on Route 73 and North Cropwell Road. A woman walking on a path during her lunch break spotted a man masturbating on a park bench. The man saw the woman and began to walk towards her. She turned and walked away and called for help. The city of Philadelphia has declared Thursday July 6th as Kevin Hart Day. The comedian, who is a Philadelphia native, now has a mural of himself smiling on the outside of Max's Cheesesteaks. Max's Cheesesteaks, at the intersection of Germantown and Erie Avenues, is a block away from Hart's childhood home. The Philadelphia Mural Arts and City Council are dedicating the mural starting at 10:30 am Thursday morning and is free and open to the public. Thursday is also Hart's birthday. Read More

Abington Township Police have released surveillance video of an armed robbery in a Jenkintown restaurant over the weekend where one of the suspects used an unusual knifed glove to threaten employees. It happened at the Qdoba Mexican Grill at the Pavilion at 261 Old York Rd shortly after closing time at 10 p.m. Saturday, July 1st. A woman died Wednesday morning after going back into her burning home to rescue two pets. The fire happened around 6:30 a.m. on the 2700 block of June Avenue in Bensalem, Bucks County. 39-year-old Tabetha Oakes Rutecki, her husband, and mother-in-law all made it out of the house safely. Rutecki went back into the home to save a dog and cat but never made it back out. Firefighters found her in the kitchen. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Philadelphia Police are now investigating after a man was shot three times in North Philadelphia. The shooting took place on the 3300 block of N. Gatz Street at around 1:45 pm on Tuesday. The victim was found on the scene with gun shot wounds to the chest, right arm and abdomen. He was later taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition. Philadelphia Police are investigating after a casket containing human infant organs was discovered on a sidewalk in North Philadelphia. The child-size casket was found by passers-by on the 3100 block of West Clearfield Street around 9 p.m. Officers opened the casket to find a bag of organs but no body. Police have now placed a suspect in custody after he stabbed a man and created a barricade situation in the Strawberry Mansion section of Philadelphia on Monday. The incident took place on the 2500 block of North Stanley Street at around 4:20 pm. Police say that a 23-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in the chest and was taken to Temple University Hospital for treatment.
