| Police have formally identified the victim found shot to death inside a burning car early this week. Authorities responded to a the car fire on Wed September 3rd around 7:45pm on the 6100 block of N. Lawrence Street in Olney. After extinguishing the flames they discovered the body of 24-year-old Raffael Rivera, who had also been shot.
