A New Jersey school bus driver has been accused of watching pornography on his cell phone while children were around. 64-year-old Franck Lafortune of Burlington Township is charged with obscenity to minors under the age of 18. School officials for Indian Mills Elementary School were notified on Monday, 2/4, that two children saw Lafortune watching porn on his cellphone before they got off the bus at 8:30 a.m. The bus was parked at the time. The parents of a 16-month-old toddler who overdosed and almost died after ingesting heroin have surrendered to the Upper Darby Police Department. 35-year-old Nora Boyle and 42-year-old Greg Searl were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and related offenses. Boyle and Searl have admitted to being drug users. Searl came home on Monday evening to find Boyle passed out on the bed and the child unresponsive. Haverford High School was evacuated this afternoon after graffiti referring an explosive device was found on a school wall. The school district says that Haverford Police searched the building and found no credible threat. Evening activities will go on as planned. Former Radnor Township Commissioner Phillip Ahr pled guilty today, 2/5, to child pornography charges. 66-year-old Ahr was arrested on federal charges on October 2017. He then resigned as president of the Radnor Township Board of Commissioners. He is accused of downloading, possessing, and distributing material.
