A woman has been arrested in Ohio and returned to Pennsylvania to face charges that she and her boyfriend created child pornography with her 3-year-old daughter in Delaware County. Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro and Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced that 26-year-old Kayla Parker was arrested in Dayton, OH. The body of a 2-year-old girl was discovered partially buried in a park Tuesday morning, 10/16, after the toddler was reported missing on Monday night. The child had been reported missing by her caregiver. On Tuesday morning, she led authorities to Kemble Park on Ogontz and West Olney Avenues in the city's Ogontz neighborhood across from Central High School. Hundreds of dirt bike and ATV riders took to the streets all across Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon, 10/14, in honor of a popular rider who was shot and killed four years ago. A Bucks County man who was previously arrested for a series of mysterious explosions earlier this year is now facing child porn charges. 30-year-old David Surman Jr. of Milford Township surrendered himself on Wednesday, 10/10, and was charged with one count of possessing child pornography. Philadelphia Police are investigating after two South Philly locations were vandalized with anti-Columbus Day messages Monday, 10/8. The messages were spray painted on the sidewalk outside the History of Italian Immigration Museum on East Passyunk Avenue around 9:30 a.m. They said "Italian-Americans against racism" and "End Columbus Day."
