Philadelphia City Council passed a bill on Thursday that would crack down on 'stop and go' establishments. The legislation, which passed through a 14-3 vote will change the licensing requirements for neighborhood stores that sell alcohol. Officials say that they are cracking down because many of the stores exploit the poor in the inner city by selling beer, shots and crack pipes, all while some children are in the store purchasing candy and other items. Authorities have identified the cause of a fire in Montgomery County that claimed the lives of two young boys. The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal has ruled the fire accidental. They say that the cause of the fire was an electrical failure in an extension cord plugged into a space heater on the porch of the home. Man Wanted For Mugging; Cosmo Dinardo May Still Face Death Penalty; Driver Hits SJU Student

Philadelphia Police are now searching for a man who is wanted for mugging a Temple student a month ago in North Philadelphia. Officials say that the suspect was seen inside of Hok Heg Chinese store on West Cecil B. Moore Avenue where he grabbed the 20-year-old woman's backpack. The victim attempted to resist the robbery, but the robber ended up getting away with $240 from her bag. Anyone with information is asked to contact Central Detectives.

Two young boys were killed and three family members injured in a fire before dawn this morning in Montgomery County. It happened around 5:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Summit Avenue in Schwenksville, PA. The home belongs to Montgomery County Sheriff Deputy Bryan Lukens and his family. State Police say that Bryan, his wife Tracy, and 9-year-old daughter Soffia were able to make it out of the home but that his sons 11-year-old Bryan Jr. and 6-year-old Parker were found dead in their shared... A Camden County College student that went missing on Monday has been located safely. Gloucester Township Police announced that 23-year-old Philip Robert Cerria of Marlton was found on Tuesday afternoon. Cerria was last seen around noon on Monday walking from campus possibly headed towards the Wawa at 1301 Little Gloucester Rd. The incident happened on the 100 block of West Logan Street at around 3:30 am on Monday. Philadelphia Police are now investigating a deadly shooting that took place in the city's Kensington section. The shooting took place on Sunday at 4:15 pm on the 3200 block of Rorer Street. Police say that they arrived on the scene to find a 22-year-old man shot three times, once in the chest and twice in the back. The victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. So far no arrests have been made.
