Upgrades to the Pennsylvania Turnpike's Mid-County Toll Plaza have been completed ahead of schedule. The high speed E-Z Pass lanes have been shutdown since March 20th. E-Z Pass drivers have been forced to used the regular lanes which require drivers to slow down to 10 mph to pass through the automated toll. A 19-year-old suspected serial rapist has been arrested and charged in Delaware County for multiple crimes dating bating 3 years. DeJohn Lee of Chester is accused of attacking 9 women in separate incidents in Chester and Chester Township starting when he was 16. He was arraigned today and charged with 2 counts of attempted murder, 6 counts of rape, robbery, aggravated assault, and other related offenses. Police have now placed a teenager in to custody for vandalizing a synagogue in the Tacony section of Philadelphia. A 13-year-old boy has now been charged with the incident which took place this past Sunday. The teen threw a baseball sized rock through a stained glass window at Temple Menorah Keneseth Chai. A student aide at Drexel Hill Middle School was arrested on Wednesday after police discovered a loaded gun and several rounds in his backpack. The school called police when a bullet was found in an employee restroom and turned in to school officials. The 32-year-old male aide came forward and claimed the bullet was his but initially denied having a weapon. However, a search of his bag turned up a loaded .40-caliber Glock and extra ammunition. Police are now searching for a suspected gunman who still remains at large after a barricade situation ended in North Philadelphia. Police and a SWAT team arrived at 17th and Susquehanna Avenue at around 4 pm on Tuesday after a 17-year-old boy was shot by a man in the right hip. Philadelphia Police formed a barricade at an apartment building in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia on Monday night. Police say that a construction worker was killed on Monday afternoon in an industrial accident in Cheltenham Township, Montgomery County.
