Police are now searching for two suspects that robbed a Wawa in the Somerton section of Philadelphia on Monday. The robbery took place at the Wawa on the 14000 block of Busleton Avenue at 5:35 am on Monday. Police say that a male suspect who was armed with a hammer began hitting the cash registers in the store, as the female suspect began to take the money and cigarettes from behind the counter and throw them in a trash bag. A suspect in the New Year's Day hit-and-run of a bicyclist in Bucks County has turned himself into the Bensalem Township Police Department. James Hasher surrendered to police on Wednesday morning. It happened around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. 56-year-old Lenny Golin was riding his bike along Tennis Avenue in Bensalem, between Bristol Pike and State Road, when he was struck. Firefighters battled a multi alarm fire that broke out on Tuesday night in Lehigh County. The fire broke out at the Schantz Greenhouse Complex on the 8000 block of Spinnerstown Road in Zionsville. Firefighters from Lehigh, Bucks, Berks, Montgomery, and Northampton counties were all called to the scene to help put out the fire, and some hauled in water tankers. No injuries were reported in the fire, but crews are still investigating.

An Eastern Pennsylvania Judge has now dismissed the homicide charges against former WWE wrestler Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka in the case of his girlfriend's death that happened more than three decades ago. Snuka, who now lives in New Jersey, was charged last year with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter in the death of 23-year-old Nancy Argentino, who was found dead in an Whitehall Township hotel room. A hazing incident last year involving former Conestoga High School football players has been settled in juvenile court. Three players admitted to a criminal summary offense of harassment, all other charges were dropped. The incident happened in October 2015. The three seniors were accused of holding down a freshman and violating him with a broom handle for not cleaning the locker room. A Montgomery County woman was struck and killed Monday night in Springfield Township. Police have stated that the incident happened on the 9200 block of Ridge Pike, near Bells Mill Road at around 7:30 pm on Monday. The woman's identity has not yet been identified, and Police are still investigating into the crash. So far there is no word on whether the driver of the car will be charged in the crash.

The only confirmed American injured in the deadly New Year's Eve attack in Istanbul, Turkey is a Delaware Valley native. 35-year-old Jacob Raak, a small business owner from Greenville, Delaware, was shot in the leg. The bullet first hit his cell phone taking some of the brunt. Raak was in Turkey celebrating his birthday with friends. They were inside the Reina nightclub when a shooter opened fire just after 1:00 a.m. local time. 39 people were killed and nearly 70 others were injured.... Read More

Philadelphia Police and the FBI are now searching for two men who are wanted in connection with four armed robberies in Philadelphia. The men are wanted for robbing two TD Banks on December 17th and 23rd, as well as a Citizens Bank on December 17th. The latest bank the men robbed was the TD Bank on the 2200 block of East Butler Street at 2 pm on Monday. A 15-year-old boy from Pennsylvania has been charged with homicide in a shooting that took place on New Years Eve that killed another 15-year-old boy. The shooting took place at a home in Greencastle in Franklin County just before 10 pm on Saturday. Police say that one of the boys showed the other boy a handgun and pointed it towards him. According to ESPN reporter Adam Schefter, former Philadelphia Eagles Head Coach Chip Kelly will be fired from his current position as head coach of the San Fransisco 49ers after just one year. Kelly was hired last year after being fired by the Eagles after three seasons. Before Philadelphia, Kelly coached the Oregon Ducks.
