Former Delaware Attorney General and Vice President Joe Biden's son Beau Biden lay in honor today in the state Senate chamber at Legislative Hall in Dover, DE. His family arrived after a procession from Wilmington brought the casket to the state capitol. A small ceremony was held where Biden was posthumously awarded the Conspicuous Service Cross by Gov. A tractor-trailer and a bus carrying Italian tourists collided Wednesday on a highway in eastern Pennsylvania, killing three people and sending more than a dozen to hospitals, authorities said. Police identified the driver of the bus killed in the accident as Alfredo Telemaco, 54, of New York. The crash occurred yesterday morning on Interstate 380 in the Pocono Mountains. Police say the crash occurred after the tractor-trailer crossed into oncoming traffic.

Officials say two people are dead after a two-car crash overnight in Chester, Delaware County. This happened in the early morning hours at West 2nd and Pusey Streets. Car parts were all over the road following the accident, but that has since been cleaned up. Investigators are still collecting evidence to figure out exactly what happened.

The man convicted of killing off-duty Philadelphia police officer Moses Walker Jr. in 2012 during a robbery was sentenced today in court. Rafael Jones was found guilty of first-degree murder by Judge Jeffrey Minehart in a non-jury trial. His accomplice, Chancier McFarland, previously pled guilty. Walker was killed walking to the bus stop after finishing his shift at the 22nd police district in North Philadelphia. Judge Minehart sentenced Jones to a life sentence plus 23 - 47 years with... A Lower Merion Township man has pleaded guilty in what investigators call one of the largest invasion of privacy cases they've seen. 38 year old Sean Moses of Narberth secretly recorded women and girls in department store fitting rooms, at the beach and through apartment windows. It was a special deal Tuesday for all of the folks curious about Philadelphia's Bike Share program, which rolled out in late April. On the first Tuesday of every month, through 10 p.m., new riders can walk up to those Indego blue racks, snag a bike, and try it out for $1 for 30-minutes. Normal pricing kicks in after the first half-hour. Steve McCurry is a world-renowned photographer based in Chester County most notable for his picture of the "Afghan Girl" on the cover of the June 1985 National Geographic. Roads remain flooded around the Philadelphia area after Monday's cloudbursts set rain records for the first day of June. The National Weather Service says 1.96 inches of rain fell on Monday at Philadelphia International Airport, breaking an 1881 record of 1.58 inches. Records also were set in Wilmington, where the 3.80 inches were measured Monday and Atlantic City set a record with 2.22 inches of rain.
