Philadelphia police are looking for a father and daughter who went missing on Monday. Thirty-five year old Akram Freikha, left his home on Moore Street in South Philadelphia to take his five year old daughter, Evelina to school. She never got dropped off and he never came home to take his wife to work. According to authorities, there's no custody order, no martial issues, and no mental concerns. Lawyers in New Jersey are back in court today arguing to legalize sports gambling in the Garden State. The two and a half year battle involves the four professional sports leagues - NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB plus the NCAA. Right now, the only state that allows sports gambling is Nevada.

Two Temple University football players were arraigned overnight, facing charges including aggravated assault. Temple student athletes Dion Dawkins and Haason Reddick were arraigned Monday night, held with $10,000 secured bond. A Philadelphia folk musician died in a tragic accident over the weekend while hiking the Appalachian Trail in Maryland. 36-year-old Jason Parish was killed on Sunday morning when high winds brought down a dead tree on top of him. Parish, an avid camper and outdoorsman, was hiking a steep and rocky part of the trail about 7 miles from Harpers Ferry, WV, with two other people. Villanova is a number one seed in the NCAA Tournament. The team and fans celebrated at a selection party on campus last night when it was announced that Villanova was seeded first in the East region. Authorities in Montgomery County have announced charges against a man who is accused of raping a woman inside a Doylestown tanning salon last month. 18-year-old Marshall Isaac Gibson of Doylestown is charged with rape, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, and related charges.
