FEMA has opened Disaster Centers in 19 New Jersey Counties battered by Superstorm Sandy. The Federal Emergency Management Agency approved more than $127 million in individual assistance in the past two weeks. To apply for assistance you can register on line at DisasterAssistance.gov or call 800-621-FEMA.

| The state Supreme Court has suspended a Philadelphia judge accused of having failed to report legal problems to the bar association that later recommended him for election. The high court order dated Friday said Common Pleas Judge Thomas Nocella was relieved of "any and all judicial and administrative responsibilities." The order does not affect his salary or benefits. | Around three dozen people were hurt this afternoon when a school bus carrying 36 students crashed along the Garden State Parkway near mile marker 34. The bus had just left Charter Tech High School in Somers Point and was heading north on the Parkway when one of the tires blew. The bus went off the right ride of the road and struck a tree around 3:30 pm. All of the students and the driver were taken to area hospitals. They have since been treated and released. Philadelphia Eagles coach Andy Reid said today that Michael Vick's concussion, which ended the quarterback's day against the Cowboys yesterday, was "pretty significant." A SEPTA bus collided with a car sending 10 people to the hospital today. The accident happened at 2nd and Olney about 8:15 this morning when the Route 18 bus hit a white sedan and another vehicle. Nine passengers on the bus and the driver were hurt. Three are in serious condition.

| Camden, NJ, has now tied the record number of homicides in a year for the city set back in 1995. A man who was beaten on November 2nd died as a result of his injuries yesterday at 12:30 pm. Gregory Holder, 45 of Cherry Hill became the 58th victim of homicide this year. He was assaulted during an argument with two men over a drug transaction.
