New charges have been filed against members of a Penn State fraternity in the death of pledge Timothy Piazza after security footage from inside the fraternity house that had been deleted was recovered by investigators. The charges ranging from manslaughter to hazing. 12 new students have been charged. 5 of the 14 students previously charged are facing new charges. The Archdiocese of Philadelphia has been drawing national attention for a major development project in the works called 'The Cathedral Block.' The proposed project is an L shaped development of housing, office and retail space that would front parts of 17th, 18th, Vine and Race Streets. Police in Radnor Township, Delaware Township have arrested a Michigan man for stalking a local teenage social media star. 30-year-old Michael Leib of Plymouth City, MI, has been charged with multiple counts of stalking and harassment of 18-year-old James Neese. Leib contacted the high school senior several times and expressed a desire to meet. On October 25th, Leib drove from Michigan to the teen's home in Wayne. Four Philadelphia police officers were injured when two police vehicles collided while responding to a shooting this morning in Kensington. It happened around 10:15 a.m. at D Street and Indiana Avenue. One police SUV sustained heavy front end damage. The other SUV was struck on the driver side, hit a telephone pole, and ended up in the side of a home. Two officers were in each vehicle. Skeletal Remain In West Conshohocken; Quadruple Shooting In S. Phila; New Info On Montco Sex Assault

West Conshohocken Police have reported they found human skeletal remains in an area near the Four Falls Corporate Center in West Conshohocken. A passerby cutting through the wooded area found the remains on Thursday. Officials say that the remains were around 50 feet from the train tracks, near the banks of the Schuylkill River in a flattened area. A pocketbook was also found at the scene, police are still investigating.

2-Year-Old Shot/Killed in Olney Home; Class Canceled After No Heat; Birdsboro Woman ID'd

A child was killed after being shot in the head this afternoon in the Olney section of Philadelphia. It happened around 2 pm on the 200 block of West Godfrey Street. The 2-year-old boy was struck once in the head. He was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center by his father where he was pronounced dead. No word yet on the events leading up to the shooting. Police believe the shooting may have been accidental. They continue to investigate.

Amazon announced that Philadelphia residents as well as residents in other major cities will be able to use their new feature Amazon Key. Amazon Key allows customers to have packages delivered right inside of their front door. Customers must have the Amazon Cloud Cam and smart lock to use this feature. The suspect in yesterday's Pennsylvania State Trooper shooting was arraigned today while is his hospital bed. 22-year-old Daniel Khalil Clary is charged with two counts of attempted murder of a law enforcement officer, in addition to two counts of criminal homicide, assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault and other related offenses. Former Philadelphia Phillies ace pitcher Roy Halladay died Tuesday when his Icon A5 small plane crashed into the Gulf of Mexico in Florida. Halladay was the only one on board when the plane went down around Noon. Early reports were that the aircraft belonged to the pitcher, but confirmation of Halladay as the lone fatality came at a press conference this afternoon.
